A pre-business workshop will help you to explore the possibilities and help you to decide whether to embark on this new venture. These workshops provide the foundation for developing a sound business plan to start your business and guide its growth. Our business advisors can help you refine your plan and access the information you need.

Want to grow your business?

Our advisors can analyze your business and help you develop a business plan, financial analysis, or marketing strategy that’s right for your business. We can also help you identify sources of financing and develop a financing proposal. And, we offer a variety of short, practical seminars to help you stay current and strengthen your skills.

In-Person Training & Webinars

The programs offered by the SBDCs include startup, loan, planning, taxes, marketing and financial statement workshops. The specialty centers provide seminars conducted by expert facilitators, on such topics as writing bid proposals, acquiring a patent or trademark, designing a website or exporting your products and services.
